I spent ten years researching topics and writing engaging content for businesses spanning a broad range of industries, including Real Estate, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Information Technology.
Copywriting satisfied my sense of curiosity and taught me to define complex terminology in simple language. Keeping brand and tone guidelines in mind, I wrote copy that addressed the user’s needs and helped them achieve their goals online.
I embraced UX to tap into my creative side and generate concepts grounded in research, prototyping and testing.
While previously I was focused just on the words, I’m now concentrating on creating engaging human-centred solutions.
